1. Adzuki Bean Burgers recipe

Ingredients     

  • 1 can of soaked or canned Adzuki Beans
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast extract
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 slice of vegan bread
  • A little vegetable oil
  • A little flour
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

Mash beans with a potato masher. Chop onion and potato, fry garlic till it turns brown. Add yeast extract. Fry all these materials together on low heat. Turn vegan bread into breadcrumbs. Mix all the ingredients except flour and form it into burgers. Coat it with flour and then fry it in a little vegetable oil. Fry it only in vegetable oil to avoid dissolution.

2. Addictive Bean Curry recipe    

Ingredients:    

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegan mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped/grated gingerroot
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans kidney beans (or mixed beans or other beans)
  • 1 teaspoon curry paste
  • Salt to add taste
